About the Emergency Care Plan
The plan is a monthly subscription fee of £7.50 for a single pet or £15 for a multi-pet household.
Unfortunately, emergencies/accidents can happen at any time, by signing up to the plan this removes a main concern for most, the upfront fees to be seen Out of Hours and you will be charged the standard day appointment fee.
For example, if you require an OOH consultation at 2am this would cost £347.72, by joining the OOH plan this would cost £52, saving £295.72.
The Emergency care plan is only to be used for emergencies/accidents, the Veterinary Surgeon/registered Nurse will discuss the case with you over the phone, offering advice and if appropriate, arrange an appointment with the on-call Veterinary surgeon.

We have you covered
We have Registered Night nurses who take care of your pets from 7.30pm – 8.30am meaning they are never left alone, whether they are hospitalised, needing an operation or helping the Veterinary Surgeon with the emergency consultation.
The night nurses hold Emergency and Critical care certificates, this is an extra qualification meaning they have the knowledge and experience to deal with any arising emergencies.
By having a successful OOH team, this ensures hospitalised patients from the daytime can stay with us overnight for their continued care, therefore no need to travel to a different practice and cause unnecessary stress.
