Join the Stanley House Team

We’re always open to hearing from qualified vets, nurses and support team professionals who are interested in joining our practice.

Our experienced mixed practice has been proudly delivering exceptional small animal, farm and equine care to Pendle, Burnley and the surrounding area since 1911, and our friendly team members enjoy varied caseloads.

Whether you have a passion for a particular species or enjoy a good mix of work, you will be sure to find working at our practice rewarding and enriching.

Our small animal teams are based at our Barnoldswick, Burnley and Colne branches, and offer a variety of routine services and clinics to local pets, while our farm and equine teams operate from our Higham premises.

If you have a passion for emergency and critical care, we also run our own in-house emergency service, allowing our team members to work on a wide variety of cases and help our patients when they need it most.

As a member of the VetPartners group of practices, we’re able to provide all of our team members with a generous CPD allowance and some fantastic training and development opportunities, as well as the support of a like minded network of practices across Europe.

For a confidential, informal chat about our availability, get in touch.

If you’re a veterinary student interested in completing a placement with us, please drop our EMS coordinators an email, or give us a call.
