Order medication
Please complete the form below to order repeat prescription medication or a written prescription for your pet. We will advise whether this is possible or whether your pet is due a medication review.
Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order for collection. We will text you once your pet’s prescription is ready.
Requests made over the weekend will be available after 12pm on the following Tuesday.
- Scan the QR code on our prescription bags.
- Email [email protected] – please provide your full name, address, phone number, your pet’s name, the medication you require and the branch you want to collect from.
- Call your local branch and select option two. Please leave a voicemail stating your name, address, your pet’s name, the medication you need and the branch you want to collect it from.
- Speak to the reception team at your local branch. Please note that we aren’t able to provide repeat prescriptions immediately.
If your pet is receiving long-term treatment, you may be eligible for repeat prescriptions.
A prescription may not be appropriate if your pet is an inpatient or immediate treatment is necessary.
Most medicines that we dispense are “prescription only medications” (POMs), which means that they can only be prescribed by a veterinary surgeon, following a clinical assessment of the pet.
To ensure that we are compliant with this legal requirement, it is normal we request to see your pet for a repeat prescription check every six months.
This ensures that your pet is under our care and allows us to also assess, monitor and discuss any side-effects, dose adjustments or possible new treatment regimes.
The only exception to the six-month rule is preventative parasite treatment, which we are happy to dispense if we have examined your pet within the last 12 months.
The cost of medication is available on request. Please note that we have no control over supply from our wholesalers.
