Our priority is keeping all our lovely clients and staff safe whilst providing you and your pets with our services.
You will be aware that many of the remaining Covid-19 restrictions in England have been lifted from 19th July 2021.
As Covid-19 transmission rates are still very high we have decided that we will still continue with the safety rules we set in place throughout the pandemic following Government guidance and advice from representatives in the veterinary industry.
This means that:
- You will be asked to defer your appointment if you or anyone in your household is showing symptoms of Covid-19 or you have been advised you should isolate due to close contact with somebody with Covid-19.
- If possible and depending on the nature of the appointment, we can offer a phone consultation initially, charged at £32.00. If you would prefer to have a phone consultation please let a member of our reception team know. Phone consultations are unavailable to book online.
- For APPOINTMENTS:
Please attend alone where possible.
Please ensure that you arrive at your allocated appointment time. If you arrive early for your appointment, we ask that you remain outside of our surgery until it is the allocated time of your appointment.
Upon entry of any of our branches you will see we have a limit of how many clients can be in our buildings at one time. Please check when you arrive if the building is already at full capacity and if it is please stay outside until we can accommodate you.
To limit the amount of people in the reception area we may ask for a pre-payment for routine appointments.
You will be asked to use hand sanitiser upon arrival to the practice.
You will be required to wear a face mask or face covering whilst on our premises (unless you are exempt from doing so).
We will continue to social distance so please keep 2 metres apart from our staff.
You may be able to accompany your pet in the consulting room during the initial history taking. You will then be asked to return to the waiting area whilst your pet is examined. Please respect the vets decision at your appointment.
