Goodnight, Friend

Tuesday 16th October 6.30pm

We will be supporting a free screening of the short documentary ‘Goodnight, Friend’ that was filmed at Stanley House and around the local area last year.

The film highlights how deeply the loss of a pet affects people, but most importantly, it offers comfort, advice, and hope for all of us who have such special animals in our lives. ‘Goodnight, Friend’ is a story about love and the bond that never goes away even when our pets are no longer with us.
The event is completely free to attend and will take place at the Ace Centre in Nelson from 6.30pm.

The film screening will be followed by a buffet and talks from Robin Hargreaves (Stanley House) and Emma Pettifer (Blue Cross Pet Bereavement Support Service).
A collection and raffle will be held in support of Blue Cross and the Samaritans.
Tickets are limited. If you would like to attend, please register for a ticket by contacting Stanley House via phone 01282 863892 or email colne@stanleyhousevets.co.uk. The final date to register is 10th October.
