Wow-what a year it’s been and what a huge difference 12 months can make.
Given the chaos and uncertainty that we have all experienced since March 2020, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal Care Plan clients.
The past 12 months certainly have brought with them life-changing times that we will never forget and although everybody has been affected in different ways, it’s safe to say that it is nice to be enjoying some sunshine again and that there does appear to be a glimmer of hope in the far distance!
It’s wonderful to see daffodils dancing around and lambs bounding about in the fields – small reminders of normality and nature in full swing.

Here at Stanley House Vets, we have decided to do a little spring cleaning and would like to review your Care Plan account. We don’t want you to miss out on any of your membership benefits. That is why Gemma, your Lifetime Care Plan Ambassador, is going to “health check your Care Plan” over the next few weeks, making sure the plan is still working for you and that you are saving time and money by being a member.
If, for whatever reason, Gemma feels that you have missed out, she will be in touch and bring you right back up to date.
It is so important to us that you are happy and have peace of mind knowing that your plan is working correctly for you and your pet.
We are massively proud to look after 3550 members and with this in mind, we really appreciate your patience and understanding as Gemma sets to work, reviewing all of our Care Plan accounts.
