Overdue Six Month Health Check – March, April & May 2020
I would like to take this time to thank you for your understanding during this global pandemic. We appreciate the impact our unavoidable change in service has had to you as a Pet Health Plan member.
As a result of the lockdown restrictions imposed upon us all, we are aware that some pets have missed their regular six-monthly health check.
We propose that the best course of action for you and your pet, in line with current social distancing guidance, is to delay the Pet Health Plan check as these pets will be due their annual vaccination soon. It is imperative the vaccination is given in a timely manner, and a full health assessment will be undertaken when the vaccine is administered.
As the 6 monthly health check is included in your rolling 12 month contract, and we want to ensure you continue to have access to all of your membership benefits with us, we will happily offer you an appointment free of charge at a later date* in lieu of the missed examination.
Please do not book your vaccination appointment until you receive your vaccination reminder from us.
All of our surgeries are now open, though our opening times have temporarily changed at some branches. We are continuing to ensure the safety of all of our staff and clients by following the government guidelines and social distancing rules where possible. Please visit our appointment guide for further information on the safety measures and new procedures that have been implemented during the Covid-19 crisis.
